What type of prints do you offer?

The photographs found in my online fine-art gallery represent my very best work. Each image is available for purchase in various sizes and four premium print options: satin fine-art paper prints, satin MetalPrints, canvas gallery wraps and DiBond acrylic prints. Detailed explanations about each of these print options can be found here.

What is your shipping Policy?

Standard print orders

Fine-art print orders from my Open Collection are immediately sent to one of the best printing houses in the country and shipped directly to you within days. Orders for fine-art paper prints, canvas gallery wraps, metal prints, canvas prints and acrylic prints are shipped directly from my professional print house. Paper prints are usually in shipping within 48 hours of the order: Add 1 day for mounted print. Canvas gallery wraps and metal prints are generally shipped within 3 days of the order. Acrylic prints normally ship 7 to 10 days after the order is placed.

Signature Prints

I do offer hand-signed prints from my Signature Print Collection. This is a growing part of my gallery, so if you don’t see your favorite print included just email me and I’ll be happy to add the desired print! Signature Prints are available in various sizes and print media (satin fine-art paper, satin metal and canvas gallery wraps). Once ordered, expect final delivery take 3 to 4 weeks, since prints must be first shipped to my studio for signing.

Calendars, notecards

I do offer special images like calendars and notecards. Both are print-on-demand images, so it can take a few days before orders are printed. Calendars normally require 7 to 10 days for delivery once shipped, while notecards normally are delivered within a few days of the order.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

I want you to be delighted with your fine-art photography print. Therefore, if you don’t love your print email me. In the event of a returned print, the print must be undamaged and unaltered. Any print that has been mounted, matted, framed, cropped or trimmed cannot be returned. Please inspect your print immediately upon delivery.

If you would like to exchange the piece for another, I’d be more than happy to discuss the options. Just call me at email me to get the process started.

If your print arrives damaged (that’s not good), please initiate an exchange by contacting me. I’ll be more than happy to replace the damaged print.

Is free shipping offered?

Yes! All print orders within the Continental U.S. include FREE SHIPPING! Just send your print to the shopping cart and standard shipping within the Continental U.S. is automatically free. That’s it! The shipping will be free!
